Hello Families of the Class of 2017,
We have been very busy with our graduation plans for this year’s ceremony!
This year we are offering your family members with a need the ability to utilize the Performing Arts Center as an alternate area to view the graduation. The PAC will broadcast the live graduation. The family member will still need to have a ticket with my signature on the back. This will need to be given to us when you sign up for your tickets.
If you filled out the Google Form that I emailed to parents in January and would like to update with this new information, please send me an email (BaynesS@mhusd.org) and I will adjust the information. You can pay for your tickets at any time. Please send your student to the ASB office with payment. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

Because of the limited amount of chairs that are provided during graduation, we need a count of how many tickets your family needs for graduation. Every family gets 5 free tickets and an additional 5 extra tickets that can be purchased at $5 each. Any tickets above the 10 allotted for each family will be provided on a first come, first served basis on June 6th. Graduating seniors are the only ones who can purchase graduation and parking tickets. All guests require a ticket to attend the ceremony. Children 2 and under are free.
Every student must let me know how many tickets they need before April 21st and this includes the 5 free tickets. Otherwise, they will not be allotted any tickets.
Tickets will need to be purchased by April 21, 2017.
There will be free parking during the event behind the tennis courts. Preferred parking will be available in the student parking lot for $10 per car. All parking tickets must be purchased prior to the event. Handicapped parking will be in the student parking lot for free. You must have a handicap placard or handicap license plate.
