• Prior to orientation, parents/guardians are required to login to their Aeries Parent Portal to complete and verify all required forms. This process cannot be done through the student portal. 
• Once you have completed all of the required data confirmation, the final screen will tell you “Congratulations!”  You do not need to print and sign the emergency card.  Your data confirmation will act as a virtual emergency card.
• Students will not be able to pick up their schedule until guardians complete the data confirmation.

• Parents/guardians may come to the school office to get help with data confirmation on Thursday, July 30; Friday, July 31; and Monday, August 3 between 9am- 3pm.

• All students will have their picture taken on Orientation Day for their student ID card and the yearbook. Students must have their 2026-2027 student ID card in order to receive their class schedule.

• All students MUST pre-register to get their photo taken. Please go to Generations School Photography to pre-register, and then have your electronic ticket available during orientation. 
• There is no requirement to order or pay for pictures during the pre-registration process.
• If families order pictures online, the pictures will be mailed to the home address two weeks after the student pictures are taken.
• If students are unable to attend orientation, they will have their picture taken for the yearbook on Tuesday, September 22nd.

SENIORS: You must book an appointment to take your senior portrait, which is the picture that will be in the yearbook. Deadline for Senior Portraits is: Friday, January 8, 2027

• ASB cards and yearbooks are available for purchase in our online web store (be sure to click on the appropriate category at the top of the page and click the “start again” button). Purchase of these items will be available online beginning Monday, July 27. These can also be purchased in person in ASB. 
• Students at Sobrato must follow the PE dress code.   Students may purchase a PE uniform from the online web store, or provide their own clothing that meets the PE dress code. Click here for more information.  PE uniforms that have been purchased through the online web store will be handed out the first week of class during PE. 
• Please note:  Yearbook prices will go up after orientation days.

If your student needs transportation, please go to the district transportation website to sign up for a bus pass.

Students who are unable to attend their orientation day may come to the Front Office after data confirmation has been completed to pick up their schedules the follow dates and times:

• Monday, August 10 between 12:00 - 3:00pm
• Tuesday, August 11 between 8:00am - 3:00pm
• Wednesday, August 12 between 8:00am - 3:00pm
