Back to School Information

• Prior to orientation, parents/guardians are required to login to their Aeries Parent Portal to complete and verify all required forms. This process cannot be done through the student portal. 

• New Procedure:  When verifying your contact information, you will need to change your Record status to reflect you are a parent, for all parents listed.  The state of California is also requiring schools to collect Education Level for each parent, so you will need to edit that field as well.

• 

• Once you have completed all of the required data confirmation, the final screen will tell you “Congratulations!”  Scroll to the bottom of this screen and click on the “Print New Emergency Card” button. 

• Please print and sign this new emergency card, so your student can bring it to orientation. 

• Students will not be able to pick up their schedule until guardians complete the data confirmation AND a printed and signed copy of the Student Emergency Card is turned in at orientation.

Parents/Guardians may come into the school office to get help logging in to their Aeries Parent Portal or to print a copy of the Student Emergency Card. • ASB cards, yearbooks, and PE uniforms are available for purchase in our online web store (be sure to click on the “start” button) or in person. 

• PE uniforms should be purchased online and will be handed out the first week of class during PE. 

• If you wish to expedite the purchasing of items in ASB, please prepay online prior to orientation. 

• A parking permit application must be filled out in its entirety before receiving a parking permit.  You can fill out the parking permit application beginning on 7/28/23.  

• Regular parking permits are $40 with an ASB card or $60 without an ASB card. 

• Parking permits for Seniors cost $60 with an ASB card or $80 without an ASB card. 

  • Seniors are able to choose three parking spots they would like on their parking permit application. 

  • Parking spaces are assigned first come, first served, based on the timestamp on the permit application.

• All parking permits can be picked up on Wednesday, August 9th anytime from 9:30am to 12:30pm.

• All students will have their picture taken on Orientation Day for their student ID card and the yearbook. 

• All students MUST pre-register to get their photo taken. Please go to Generations School Photography to pre-register, and then have your electronic ticket available during orientation. 

• There is no requirement to order pictures during the pre-registration process.

• If families order pictures online, the pictures will be mailed to the home address two weeks after the student pictures are taken.

SENIORS: You must book an appointment to take your senior portrait, which is what will be in the yearbook. 

*Deadline for Senior Portraits is: Friday, January 11, 2024

Sign up for bus transportation by 5pm on August 4.

Please go to the district transportation website to sign up for a bus pass. Those who submit an application after the August 4 deadline will not receive a bus pass until August 21.
