What to do before and bring to Orientation:

  1. Required Form:  Printed Emergency Contact Information form, signed by parent/guardian.

    1. Guardians must complete the data confirmation process through their Aeries Parent Portal (not student portal), then print this card at the end of this process, and sign it. Click here for more information.

  2. Receipt from ASB store (printed or electronic copy) 

    1. Go to the ASB Store to pre-order your ASB card, yearbook, PE clothes (9th and 10th grade) and class t-shirt. (Pre-purchasing is helpful!)

    2. Senior t-shirts will be available in limited supply for pick up. All other grades will be ordered through Custom Ink and shipped at a later date.

    3. P.E. clothes will be distributed in P.E. class during the first week of school. You can also see more info about PE class here.

    4. Purchases can be made on the day of orientation using cash or credit card.

  3. Electronic ticket from Generations School Photography

    1. All students will have their picture taken during orientation for their Student ID card and the yearbook (for 9th-11th grade).  Picture retakes will be in September.  

    2. You MUST pre-register here for the photographer before orientation in order to get your student ID! Please be advised that you need your student ID in order to pick up your class schedule.
