Transcripts

Students, alumni and 3rd party verifiers can now request transcripts via Parchment. This is a secure, reliable and quicker method to send transcripts and allows you to track your order status online.  Plus, colleges prefer this method for receiving records.

Current Students: Students can create an account via Parchment.

  • It is important for students to use their personal email address so that they can always have access to their Parchment accounts after graduating. 
  • Students can also always view their unofficial transcripts in Aeries by logging into the Aeries portal (not the app), going to the “grades” tab, and clicking “transcripts.”
  • Requests for transcripts should be initiated by the student, not the parent or guardian, to avoid being charged a 3rd party fee. Students under the age of 18 require parent authorization within Parchment.
