Graduation
Activity Eligibility
With a busy semester of events and celebrations ahead, this is a good time to review the policy for maintaining extracurricular eligibility: “If a student’s attendance rate is less than 90%, they will not be eligible for any extracurricular activities.” (p.15 in Student Handbook). Please log on to your Aeries Parent Portal to review your student’s attendance rate before making plans to attend any events.
Clearing Fines
ALL fines, fees, and books MUST be cleared prior to Senior Checkout on June 6th. Now is a good time to check your student's library account status so there are no surprises!
HOW TO: CHECK LIBRARY ACCOUNT
Have your student open their Chromebook and log in:
-
Click "Log In" in top right corner
-
Click "Google Authentication"
-
Click "My Info" tab at top
"My Info" lists currently checked out items (Chromebooks, chargers, textbooks, library books) and fines (overdue items or damages).
If you are paying your library, textbook, and chromebook fines with cash, you can pay in the Library. You can also pay your library, textbook, and chromebook fines, as well as all other fines, in the ASB Office or at our online ASB Store. If you pay library fines through ASB, you must email Mr. Spriggs immediately with a copy of your receipt so that he can clear that fine from your account. Students can pay these fines after school, or during lunch and brunch.

This includes all senior activities and participation in the graduation ceremony:
-
drugs, nicotine, alcohol or other illicit substances – students may be subject to drug or alcohol testing
-
acts involving any physical violence
-
and/or behavior resulting in a suspension from school for 3 or more days.
Grad Night
Although the Senior Celebration Committee had a fantastic, fun-filled evening planned for graduates, not enough tickets were sold to support the event. Instead of canceling Grad Night altogether, the Committee quickly pivoted and came up with another fun and unique option. The Grad Night Bay Cruise will be an unforgettable way for graduates to commemorate the culmination of their high school journey. This first-ever, once-in-a-lifetime event allows students to bid farewell to their high school years in style and celebrate their exciting futures ahead.
Hello Sea-niors!
There are only 44 spots left for Sobrato's first-ever Grad Night Bay Cruise! Hurry and buy your ticket now so that you can celebrate your graduation in style on a private yacht. You don’t want to miss out on four hours of fun with friends at sea! Please find The Grad Night On Deck flyer and order from here.
